Is it possible to use Item Rating for overall rating instead of Joomla articles?

Thanks for contacting us here about this extension.

The goal is for customers to be able to rate the company on a few criteria.
Such as customer satisfaction, quality, price and more.
It is therefore not about the customers rating the Joomla articles or products on the website.
Is it possible to set Item Rating in such a way that an assessment of the company can be done and that it is then shown on the website in a combination of rating and review per customer and as a total on the website?

This is something not implemented yet, you can vote for articles in our Item rating currently.

Thank you for your response.
So if I create an article about the company, visitors can rate that article and therefore also the company.
Is that right?
And can the rating system only be made visible for that specific article or is it visible in all articles?

Yes, certainly, you can create an article and select a specific rating for it.
