Undefined Error on Sibsciption renewal

I tried renewal but get undefined error and nothing works...

Problem 1
I just purchased the renewal a few minutes ago but in my dasboard the MyTestimonial still appears as expired

Problem 2
For each registered extension I need both, the latest Joomla 3.x version before update AND de 4.x version (which I guess is the default download anyway). How do I get the 3.x version of every extension s?

1. As I checked, there includes My Testimonials subscription in our account. It could delay after purchase.
2. Yes, you can use that installation package for both Joomla 3.x and 4.x.
