Google drive, Google Photos and Dropbox images and video usage in post

I am able to select and insert images and video from the connected acounts of Google drive, Google Photos and Dropbox, leaving them in their cloud without copy the media in the Wordpress media gallery ?

With the exception of Google Photos, you can directly use images from Google Drive and Dropbox in the Media Library to create new galleries.
