Can the sending of email be more configured ?

Example : Someone with access add 12 files, delete 2 et update 1 inside a category (so 15 actions).
Result : Getting only 1 email which sum up to the owner what happened in his folder ?
Instead of having 15 email with generic information.

I saw that we can customize, with mail tags, the content of the email, but it won't change the multiplicity of it.
Ideally, the module delays the mail notification (10 minutes? 1 hour to besure ?), in order to check
and gather all notifications before sending.

Because uploads are often (if not always) sent in bulk, or full files.
