HI, I am trying the free version and it appears that the xml updater is not working. I don't see the file being updated in FTP and the generation wheel keeps spinning for.. well.. hours.. any pointers? Thanks!

Thank you for the response. In the first screenshots you see that the wheel next to 'regerenate sitemaps' is turning and it keeps turning for eternity. The other screenshot is of the FTP folder with the last changed date some time ago, although I tried to regen the files almost on a daily basis since then. FIle permissions for the wpms-sitemap are at 775.

Please navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info tab > Click "Copy site info to clipboard" button,
paste it into a text file, and send us the file.
