Hi. I am looking for a feature where I can create a folder in the media library and allow a user role to upload media files in it. Here, there are 2 conditions - only that role will be able to upload into that folder AND that role will be able to upload into THAT FOLDER ONLY.
Can WP Media folder help me do this?

Also what is the renewal cost of the license should I choose to renew it for updates or support?

Thanks

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us here about this extension.

Yes, WP Media Folder can definitely help you achieve this functionality. The plugin allows you to restrict folder access by specific user roles or individual users.
When you configure these restrictions, the system automatically creates dedicated folders for the assigned users or roles within the Media Library.
This ensures that users can only upload to their designated folders and nowhere else.
For detailed setup instructions, please refer to our documentation at:

Hi
I'm using the create a folder function for a user with the redactor role, within the "Users" folder, set as his root. I've granted all permissions listed in Ultimate Member or User Role Editor for WPMF and enabled "Show all media in user folder." Everything seems to work except for creating subfolders. He can create them, but they only list for admin, nor does he have access to them. How can I fix this?
Thanks
