Listed as a feature in WP Media Folder I see that Gallery short codes are an option however is it only galleries for images/videos or can we do document galleries?

For example, I want to have a folder displayed on one of my pages and be able to access the files/folders from a front-end page.

For displaying files and folders on your frontend pages (like what you're looking for), you'll want to use WP File Download instead!
