Hidden links behind button

I have seen that when you hover over a download button the link of the file shows up in the browser.
Is it possible to hide those links so that they cannot be shared with people not allowed to a downloads section ?
I would like them to be hidden.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to hide the download link from appearing on hover.
However, you can restrict the download functionality to specific users or user groups,
so even if someone has the link, they won't be able to download the file without proper permissions.
