is it possible to import an existing glossary (ic joomglossary) into seo glossary ?

Yes, importing from JoomGlossary to SEO Glossary is definitely possible! You'll want to use the Import/Export feature for this. Here's how:

• Export your current glossary as a CSV file from your existing site
  
• Import that CSV file into your new SEO Glossary installation
