Hi, I have a client who has a form that was originally created in PHP. We have since moved to WordPress and have started using Gravity Forms. The submissions from the form will be displayed in a table using a plugin like this one.

Can you answer the following:

  • Can I import the old data into the table (or should it be imported into Gravity Forms first)?
  • Am I to assume that when a user submits an entry, the table is updated on the front-end?
  • Can you filter the table by content?
  • Can users change their entries on the front-end?
  • Is there a way to moderate the form data before it is integrated into the table, or is it only possible to edit the table data once a person submits?

Thanks

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us here about this extension.

Can I import the old data into the table (or should it be imported into Gravity Forms first)?

You need to import the data into Gravity Forms first.

Am I to assume that when a user submits an entry, the table is updated on the front-end?

Yes, when users submit an entry, it will update on the front-end.

Can you filter the table by content?

Absolutely! You can filter the table by content. For more details on sorting and filtering, please visit:

Can users change their entries on the front-end?
Is there a way to moderate the form data before it is integrated into the table, or is it only possible to edit the table data once a person submits?

Currently, these features are not available. Users can only change their entries in the admin area at this time.

Cheers,
