Is there a plan to transition from the AI assistant to a ‘personal’ approach, e.g. by sending an email from the customer to a stored address?
In other words, if the AI assistant is unable to assist, I should have the option to contact the company direc
Hi,

The latest version (today) will include this feature implementation. It's the possibility to define an action to automatically ask the customer for his contact; it's stored in the chats in admin, and you can get an email notification.
