Masonry gallery scroll

Is it possible to have the masonry gallery scroll horizontally instead of vertically as usual?

Unfortunately, the Masonry gallery theme doesn't support horizontal scrolling at this time.
You can view the current Masonry layout here:
https://www.joomunited.com/wordpress-demo/masonry-horizontal-theme/

As an alternative, you might want to try the Slider theme, which may better suit your needs for horizontal navigation.
