Backblaze B2, Cloudflare R2 and option to hide from non admins.

Please consider adding support for Backblaze B2 and Cloudflare R2.

They both support S3 API, which will make it easier to implement (as they advertise).


Please also consider adding an option for some default settings to be in place for non admin users, which won't be seeing options while uploading media. For example: Authors see the normal WP interface while uploading media. In the backend, those media move automatically to a cloud service, because the administrator of the site has chosen for this to happen when authors, editors etc upload files.

That will save some training time and maintenance work.
